The Story Behind These Books
These books have a story worth telling.
I was invited to join a select group of real estate professionals—agents who are not only top performers in their markets but are also deeply committed to improving the industry. We meet regularly to discuss market trends, share innovative strategies, and challenge each other to grow. The wealth of ideas exchanged in these meetings was incredible—so much so that none of us could possibly implement them all in our own businesses. But we felt a strong responsibility to share them, especially with buyers and sellers who could use this knowledge to make more informed, confident decisions.
That’s when the idea of writing a book was born.
Very quickly, we realized that one book wasn’t enough to contain all the insights we wanted to share—so the idea grew into two! Collaborating with these outstanding professionals has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I am honored to work alongside some of the best minds in real estate.
People often ask, “So, how much money have you made from these bestsellers?” And that’s my favorite part of this whole journey. We haven’t taken a dime.
From the start, we decided that 100% of the proceeds would go to Compassion International, a nonprofit dedicated to helping children in impoverished countries build brighter futures through education, nourishment, and Christian mentorship. While I’m proud of these books, I’m even more proud of the generosity and heart of the colleagues I’ve been privileged to learn from.
